Digital License Agreement.

Introduction
This Digital License Agreement (“License”) governs the use of all digital products purchased or downloaded from AVAQ Studio.
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any AVAQ Studio product, you agree to the terms outlined below.
License Grant
Upon purchase, AVAQ Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased digital content.
This license grants usage rights only. No ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights are transferred to the customer. All rights remain the exclusive property of AVAQ Studio.
Permitted Use
You may:
- Install wallpapers on your personal devices
- Use purchased content on personal computers, tablets, and mobile devices
- Create backups for personal archival purposes
- Use purchased content as personal desktop, lock screen, or display backgrounds
Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Resell AVAQ Studio products
- Redistribute files to any third party
- Share download links publicly
- Upload products to file-sharing platforms
- Include AVAQ content in digital asset packs
- Use AVAQ products in stock libraries
- Offer AVAQ products as free downloads
- Mint AVAQ products as NFTs
- Claim authorship or ownership of AVAQ content
- Remove copyright notices, licensing information, or ownership metadata
- Use AVAQ content to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models without written permission
Commercial Use
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all AVAQ Studio products are licensed for personal use only. Commercial use requires prior written authorization from AVAQ Studio.
Commercial use includes, but is not limited to: Redistribution, Resale, Licensing to clients, Inclusion in commercial products, Advertising campaigns, and Merchandise production.
Copyright & Ownership
All wallpapers, monographs, artwork, text, branding elements, visual compositions, and related content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Purchase grants a license to use the content—not ownership of the content itself. AVAQ Studio retains all copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights.
Digital Identification & Asset Tracking
AVAQ Studio may include invisible identifiers, metadata signatures, edition information, or other ownership markers within digital products.
These measures exist solely for authentication, collection management, copyright protection, and ownership verification. Customers agree not to intentionally remove, alter, or falsify such identifiers.
Violations
Unauthorized distribution, resale, reproduction, or misuse of AVAQ Studio products may result in: License termination, Revocation of download access, Legal action where applicable, and Claims for damages and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
License Termination
This License remains valid until terminated. AVAQ Studio reserves the right to terminate the License if these terms are violated. Upon termination, all usage rights immediately cease.

All digital products are provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AVAQ Studio does not guarantee compatibility with all devices, operating systems, software, or display configurations.
